We strongly believe that each person possesses their own innate capacity for health and we will work with you to help uncover this.
The therapeutic approach at Think Recovery extends beyond talk therapy to include a focus on the shared present moment experience within the therapeutic relationship and how your body language as well as patterns of relating, tell the story of your relational and developmental history.
We specialize in helping people recover their mental well-being through helping them resolve underlying challenges with emotional regulation, attachment difficulties, and interrupted psychological development.
The therapeutic modalities primarily used at our clinic are Mentalization-Based Treatment, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
We are careful to assess each person for their suitability for treatment in the above modalities via once or twice weekly, virtual, individual psychotherapy and it is our aim to foster an effective therapeutic alliance with each person we work with.
As we are passionate about the power and potential of psychotherapy, our clinic does not prescribe medications.
