Physician Opportunities
Physicians seeking opportunities with the clinic must have a pre-existing extensive background in individual and/or group psychotherapy treatment provision and/or be willing to learn through a longitudinal supervision process. Training in the modalities listed under the Therapist section below is preferred. This is to maintain the integrity of the therapeutic services and quality of patient care offered at Think Recovery.

Nurses seeking opportunities with the clinic that have pre-existing professional backgrounds in mental health are preferred. Nurses looking to join the clinic must also be willing to learn through longitudinal supervision and clinic-specific training as part of the job. This is to maintain the integrity of the therapeutic services and quality of patient care offered at Think Recovery.
Therapist/Counsellor/Psychologist/Psychotherapist Opportunities
Therapists, counsellors, psychologists, and psychotherapists seeking opportunities with the clinic who have familiarity with Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Mentalization Based Treatment, Transference-Focused Psychotherapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, or Dialectical Behaviour Therapy are preferred. This is to maintain the integrity of the therapeutic services and quality of patient care offered at Think Recovery.
