Feeling stressed? Looking to get started with meditation but struggling with consistency? Each session runs for 60 minutes. Weekly on Thursdays and Fridays from 5-6 PM. No cost to attend with a valid Alberta Health Card.
The first 20 minutes are to allow participants to join in and are offered an opportunity to check in briefly or ask questions as desired. The next 20 minutes are dedicated to a virtual, group meditation. The final 20 minutes are to allow participants to process their experience and once again ask questions about meditation at their discretion.
Mental Health Webinars

Mental health webinars take place monthly usually on the first Thursday of each month from 12:00-1:30 PM. The first hour is an educational webinar on a different mental health or behavioural change related topic followed by a half-hour for a question and answer period. No cost to attend with a valid Alberta Health Card. Our first webinar will take place in July 2023.
