Feeling stressed? Looking to get started with meditation but struggling with consistency? Register to our virtual group meditations here (when prompted, click on ‘Pay in Person’—you won’t be charged—see our patient portal guide for detail). Each session runs for 60 minutes. On Thursdays and Fridays from 5-6 pm.

The first 20 minutes are to allow participants to join in and are offered an opportunity to check in briefly or ask questions as desired. The next 20 minutes are dedicated to a virtual, group meditation. The final 20 minutes are to allow participants to process their experience and once again ask questions about meditation at their discretion.
